5G Router not switching on

I reported that my router is not switching on using RAIN. I have disconnected the router and move it all over the house without any success. I received an with a reference number ***2 and was told that I will be contacted shortly. I work from home and need to stay connected. I need this sorted urgently.

I'm still waiting for the router and the courier has not contacted me even though I was told that I should expect to receive the router by Jason on yesterday-Tuesday. This is not acceptable.
