5G router nonsense!

If it was up to me they wouldn't even get a one star rating! I ordered this 5G router from rain on the 3rd of May 2022, initially when I did it said that it would be delivered within 3-5 business days, but I only got it on the 11th of May after fighting with the courier company (CCD) who are also *********** myself. It worked for a day, the following day it stopped working due to signal! I immediately requested for cancellation and they sent me an email confirming that they will cancel and refund me, till today I haven't been called for collection of this router so I tried to use it while waiting for them to collect it on Thursday the 19th and again it worked for a day following day it was off again when I had called them to cancel my cancelation request on Friday the 20th. Again the router does not have any network I decided to do the same process of requesting for cancellation now I received an sms stating that I will be billed for the following month and that this router will be cancelled at the end of May, why would I be billed for the following month if this sh* only worked for 2 days and I notified them??! I called on the 21st and spoke to Ayanda and she stated that she will escalate my issue to the retentions department of which now I am still waiting to hear from them as to why is this issue scheduled for cancellation when it should have been cancelled immediately when I stated that I have connectivity issues! Now they want to chow my money for nothing! And also charge me another R499 for a service I haven't used! Rain I want my money! I want you to come and take your nonsense router and I don't ever wanna deal with you guys ever again!
