5G router never worked

It has been 3 weeks since we received our 5G router and still not working, we have been promised that someone will get in touch but nothing, the worst thing is that the 4G router was disconnected as we have received the new one, now we are using extra money to buy data, because kids schooling is affected, what's the point of having a 5G router and no internet connectivity.
