5G router and sim cards not working

I am very disappointed with the service I've received. I took the rain 5G router with the 2 sim cards. The router hardly ever has network, the router is green but there is no internet access. The sim cards don't work cant even make calls. I've already paid the R559 but rain is not giving me the service I paid for. I was told there's a problem with my tower but the funny thing is my 4G sim works. I want a full refund and cancellation of the 5G router package. I will continue with my 4g because that doesn't give me any issues. I have been a loyal customer of Rain since the moment it started. I am very disappointed. I require a full refund
