5G rain is a ****

Rain is a **** , when we join a R999 5G premium it was working fine for 12months but then after a year it never works and I'm getting less than 10mbps for R999.99 which at first i was getting 200mbps from the same router and same place , when i try to downgrade they switch it off totally. Rain doesn’t care value customer care .I repeat rain 5G premium is a **** is not worthy , you will constantly exprience packet loss and latency
