5G Premium doesn't work and Rain does nothing to solve the problem.

We ordered the 5g premium internet and it was delivered on the 15th of October 2021. On receiving an sms to say the service was activated, we tried to use the router and it wasnt working. Despite numerous calls to rain , the issue could not be fixed. In the last call they told us the service will be activated in 24 hours. It is now 26 hours and the service is not working. Really pathetic service from them, they take your money upfront but once you have their product, they do nothing to assist you .
