5G Polokwane issues

Hope you guys start acting on my query. I've been with Rain for the past 3month on a 4g spectrum. They sent me a notification that Polokwane has a 5g. On Monday around 10 my 4g was disconnected as they were setup my 5g. Since from that 10 until now my network has been down. I've called and send emails no one is coming back to me. Everytime they are saying everything sim fine on their side but my router is on red light. I've been reseting the router.I'm very disappointed with Rain after I have been defending them for so long. Network has become a necessity and I can't attend meetings at my place. My job card is ***7 it has been escalated but no 1 cares to give a feedback.
