5G off Again for Rain

Again, no 5G service in a matter of a short time frame! Rain is definitely spiteful by not maintaining their service to full capacity in my area! This is getting annoying! I want a manager or a director to give me a call and explain to me why they like taking customers money and not providing a full service to the customer!!!!!!!! I request this!
