5G not worth 5Cents.

I bought a 5G sim card with a Huawei 5G CPE with a standard plan that promises up to 30Mbps speeds. Unfortunately the highest speed I get is a measly 4Mbps in Monument Park, Pretoria. I used the HiLink app to find the best location by a window to try and solve the problem. It still persists. I am returning this, it is not anything close to the speeds advertised. I thought it would be a good replacement for my telkom 10Mbps fibre connection but it isn't even close. Rain 5G is like going back to the days of dial up modems.

I have been a loyal customer for 3 years, having bought a 4G sim card before Rain was this big. I am truely disappointed in this new product and what the ISP has become. I am cancelling everything I have with Rain. It isn't worth it.
