5G NO NETWORK -HORRIBLE

I don't know where to begin, I took 5G because I am working from home for the past 4 week, the problem is when there is load shedding the network drops the whole day and end up not working at all. Like now the i did not have any internet /network since yesterday, I have send an e-mail and send DM to Rain but still no response of assistance
