5G Internet Rain Tower Off Again

Rain 5G **** Service.

On Saterday 19th Of Oct a very Capable Tech was here, trying his utmost best best to get my issue resolved. I stood by him and he showed me the different tower settings and Freqencies. Let me tell you, this Tech needs a promotion. But it was all in vain, how must a Tech work coming here with a network Like RAIN 5G? Well, well looked at 3 tower numbers, and only 1 tower gave me a very good Latency of 15ms ro around 25ms. The other twp AP's gives me like 35ms to 40ms. This is to me an indication that RAIN once again dont care about customer satifactory. I am still extremely unhappy with this Service and no amount of Techs onsite will fix the issue. The issue is at the Tower and RAIN you need to get it resolved. Today is 20th October 2024 and still my issue persists and curerently the tower near me is down again. Please see whatsapp images ive sent to the tech. I really wish that RAIN can put themselves in a struggeling customers shoes and just man the f u c k up and sort it out. No more Mr Patient from my side. GET THIS RESOLVED TODAY STILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
