5G Internet offline for the 4th day now

This is probably pointless buy now it's more than 3 days without internet, I have called and got told that it's because of loadshedding that their 5G towers are down, i do not understand how that can even considered a reason because it simply the dumbest excuse i ever heard... The whole entire country has loadshedding but i fail to understand how that affects my internt usage when the power is on in the area i live in... I was told "senior engineers" are fixing things, i thought "senior" meant experienced which means i should have been provided with an ETA for when the internet itself would be back up but no such luck, are they chilling eating donuts or what? Give me a solution because you left me with no other options because y'all ignore emails and any communication sent on your Social Media. You a registered Internet Service Provider, please for the love of God provide me some internet because now I can't even work because you all seem to not be interested in helping your customers.. And please don't tell me about loadshedding.
