5G hasn't Been working since I got it

You honestly have the worst service and *********** staff. I was on 4G and upgraded to 5G and honestly this was the worst decision of my life. I have been patient with you and literally my patience has died out I have been in contact with you trying to get you to help me but you take "years" to respond then when I come to your offices you turn me away without assisting me honestly you have the worst service. I have been trying to contact your help line but your service is really ****ed Up and you havent been of much help. So please get one of your *********** customer service staff to help me cause seems like the only time you make things happen is when someones leaves a ****ed up review for you. will be awaiting your call from your staff. Hopefully I get a useful one now!!!!!
