5G down yet again, for the billionth time, 39 11th Road KEW
I swear to yall i wont get tires of writing these every time my wifi goes off. yet again I am here complaining about the thing for the millionth time, not even 7 days could pass without an issue what actual **** guys... Not even a week of stable connectivity? are you for real, then you have the audacity to send an email about early billing.

11 Dec 2023, 19:27i know i dont live in "the best neighbourhood" or whatever but this treatment is actually really ridiculous, i struggle to understand why your people cant fix the wifi and have stay fixed even if its for just ONE MONTH, like ONE MONTH.. is it impossible or do your people just not care about us low income people or perhaps is it because i'm not white? and the majority of the people that use your network in my area black like me that you get to disrespect people like me as clients?
