5G Down for the Millionth time
Hi people of rain, your internet is down again AGAIN!!! less than a week after it went down.. i demand for every day i dont have it until it is restored to be deducted from my bill better yet give me a free month because i have been complaining about the same thing every month for weeks at a time, i also demand to know why the **** you cant fix it and have it stay fix because this **** is annoying and disrespectful and absolutely disgusting of you as a service
i am tired of this **** please just be a proper ISP for once

I have been waiting for a call from the technician since morning, its late afternoon now.. i called the main number that had called yesterday twice now, at 9:17am and at 13:17pm to find out if there will be someone coming and both times was told ye technician sent out would call promptly and still have received no such phone call. Is there a technician coming today yes or no?
