its a ZTE device, its now on red for no internet access at all. occassionally it changes to blue got that useless 4G fallback.

Why must i fight about the same thing every month or so? every month or so i must text yall about the same thing whilst paying for a service that is packaged as the greatest thing ever yet it's needed it barely can function, is it really that difficult for the people in charge of this to present consistent and reliable service as an Internet Service Provider???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? okay, i tried that just now and all that happened is the device went red and stayed red, i did not get to see the above mentioned -105 signal strength, so i suppose i'll be waiting for those master technicians to handle the towers

As cool a credit is, being able to actually have internet to use for work in order to be able to pay my bills including yours at the end of the month would be nice too. Do you have even a rough time frame for when your senior people can have it sorted?

Its been 8 days, how is that even possible?

i had the patience to wait because i honestly had hope that maybe this time it would be quicker.... but it seems at this point are yall building a new tower because this is absolute ******* at this point "senior engineers" my left ****ing foot... please ensure you cancel the entire bill for the router i have been asking to receive internet for basically 14 days and it will be 18 days by the end of the weekend because there's nothing being done all while you all masquerade at actually doing something while in fact you are doing entirely nothing at all and throwing the senior engineers stuff around.

i pay for you internet service so i can work for a living and in the 14 days where i havent been working where on EARTH do you think i'm getting the internet to do what i do for a living when you're intentionally depriving me and mine of the literal food on the table and in this economy no less... please honestly answer me that question i'd really like to know? or perhaps you can ask the "senior geniuses" you have "working" on the towers

i got a tower change a few months ago and it has worked wonderfully however for the last two days I have been struggling with getting any sort of internet connection, it comes on and off. Is there an issue with the towers nearest to me? If so kindly do fix the issue.

Apologies for that I was struggling with network I use Telkom mobile.. i live on 39 11th Road in KEW, please do call tomorrow. I am still struggling to get any sort of stable internet connection of any kind..
