5G Billing system isn't what they say it is on the advert, makes no sense

Your agent is great! like I mentioned in my preview review but what you advertised on your 5G isn't exactly what you RAIN give to people. Your ad says, you pay R699 upfront and get a free router to use. I paid on the 23 of September and my SIM was only activated on the 2nd of October. which I already paid for. I was never told that my second month will also be prepaid. Had I been told that, I was gonna make prepaid payment, until I got switched off then stories started happening. Guys, what I am trying to say is that if your job relies on internet connection then don't rely on RAIN, else you might lose your job in these tough times where jobs are scarce. Billing system and their promise to pay is just a joke. Unreliable.
