i am not sure why your call center is not opened cause we have countless problems and emails are not responded in time. my wife and i took out the 5G R 699 we where charged when we placed the order and today again i see we are charged please advise why and why is this not stipulated on the order when you place it that you will be charged again on the 1st of the following month
