Hi I got ****med. On the website it was showing that for R595.00, one would get 2 sim cards and a router. To my surprise, I got charged R634,00. I have since requested that you must cancel those two sim cards immediately. I am getting very ****ed off because you never respond to my queries and expect me t pay for this nonsense of ****ming service. Ig I am not assisted, I will have no choice but to cancel your services at the end of this month. I will await your urgent action. This was reported to twitter 8 days ago, still waiting for response.

09 Nov 2023, 14:37Hi, first i didnt level up, I chose the standard one. Secondly, I tried to level down, but it keeps on saying " Unable to change level. A customer service agent will contact you". Just make sure that you sort this out.

15 Nov 2023, 10:03Hi, make sure that you refund the difference you charged me last month. If I get charged R634 this month, I will cancel this for good. You take years to respond to simple requests and I wonder if you are the right internet provider.
