I have been without network for over 2 weeks and I was ready to leave. I decided to contact them again for the last time and I went through to a very helpful & knowledgeable person Thumbhani Mthombeni. I provided him with the same information I have been providing to all the 14 agents I've spoken to and he quickly saw what the problem was and advised on a solution.
