5 Stars for David Tsoke, not so many for Rain
I must say that getting support and being able to communicate with Rain has been incredibly frustrating and to be honest a bit of a nightmare until I made contact with David Tsoke who was absolutely brilliant and convinced me to give them a try. Received the 5G router and tried to follow the setup instructions - horrific. Emailed David, he called and spoke me through what is actually quite a simple process. Got very good speeds. Will continue to monitor speeds and hopefully they stay good and Rain you need to move David Tsoke much higher up so he can improve the company's dismal communications issues.

Had I just read the reviews on Hellopeter.com I would sadly have never gotten to try what seems to be a good product. You really need to improve communication channels and response strategies for your customers. As you can see from some of the less positive reviews you have received. But Good luck.
