5 Days without Internet!!

5 Days without Internet!! After numerous calls and receiving numerous reference numbers our internet is still off. This is the 5th day without any connection. With no explantion from Rain! This is pathetic, I want to cancel my service and I will not pay a cent. Because I will not be conpensentated for having to buy data from another provider. I will rather go to a reputable Service provider that sorts out the issues immediately!!
