5 days to activate 5G SIM

I paid the 5G router order and the following day the router was delivered by RAM courier services and it was Friday afternoon. The SIM activation should take about 2 Hours. I waited the rest of Friday, Saturday, Sunday Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday midday a lady called to activate my SIM after many attemps to contact RAIN by *** email to not avail. No telephone contact working just COVID-19 machine message Very very and very poor customer service at rain Somebody needs to change the customer services level at RAIN Khanya and Angus seems to try to turn around the istuation but a lot of work need to be done Khanya keep up your standard, but you can do it alone Angus, keep up your standard, but you can do it alone
