4G&5G But I get an average of ****Bps

Rain has let me down honestly.... I have the 5G for over a week now... I have average speed of ****Bps that's really poor I don't know if someone could assist me with any sort of help . It will be highly appreciated but at the moment I'm thinking to cancel the rain subscription
