I app**** for 4g wifi sim card before lockdown and I thought I was not going to get it due to the lock down, to my surprise they emailed to say they will be working through lockdown to ensure that their clients are up and running. I thought oh well, empty promises they are probably going to take 18 days to get to me, but they have kept me updated constantly and today my sim card has arrived.
