4g speed max 0.03 mbps

Rain unlimited 4G is so trash, I am a new client and the speeds I am getting is below 0.03mbps. I am using a 4g modem and I get speeds up to 20mbps with vodacom. We do not have a signal problem in the area. Problem is Rain throttles its which I understand (me being nice) I was expecting atleast 5mbps but it is so slow even 2G is fast compared to this. If Rain can resolve my issue I would happily change my review to 5 star ( I mean if my product works as promised why must I complain?)

Basically what happens is Rain promises internet up to 10mbps on the 4g network and I get 0.03mbps max, I checked before buying the product that I have coverage. All other isps got signal here, the router I am using is 4g compatible and still I have bad internet connection.

Imagine i promise to sell everyone oxygen and I say i have oxygen available in your area, you will have unlimited oxygen available if you buy from me, you buy the oxygen from me and then I only give you so little that it is not even enough to survive.....

Would not recommend them as I am canceling if this is not fixed
