4g rain sim
Ordered rain sim 3weeks back thy send me sim that was canceled now I must wait 7days for my money to be refunded it cost me more than R200 of airtime to foon them but thy deducted money. Emediatly from my account thy are rude to me and no one nows what's going on their thy are pathetic never will I do busniss again with rain

10 Feb 2022, 10:56I just gave u all my details I gave you my order number I am not happy with how 4g rain treated me thy gave me a ticket number to refund my money in the next 7 days I am also not happy with that why did thy send me false hope and a canceled si its not acceptable sorry I gonne take this matter further and publish this in news papers

10 Feb 2022, 12:05I want my money refund within 24hour plz coz I am not interested in 4g rain anymore how can such company tread costumers like fools if I not get my money within 24hour back in my bank I will make sure that I will take this matter to my attorney and rain gonne pay all fees for that thnx

10 Feb 2022, 13:06Okay just a piece of advice the lady who just spoke to my wife on her phone who was so rude and raise her voice to her I personally will report you to Brandon or Willem Roos at 4g rain it's unexceptible for us as customers to been treated with disrespectful from you plz note. I gonne do anything in my power to take legal action against 4g rain
