I contacted the above mentioned company on the 1st June 2022, they emailed me a form to fill in and proceeded with the payment. They promised to deliver the sim card on the next day. To date nothing, no one has said anything no response to my emails. Can I atleast get my refund of R479 cause this seems like a ****.
