4G Off Peak Incorrect Debit
******* support team. Rain debited me 3 for months whilst only being with them for 2 months (11 December 2022 until 31 January 2023) and they don't want to refund me. Their support keeps escalating my issue but no one has made contact with me from their "Billing Department".
