4G network running as 2G

well the internet data should be running as a 4G network this is not even close I have been with Rain for 6 month

it started out great 10 meg per sec and a minimum of 2 meg this went down to 60kbs after say 6 months

10 emails letter and no still no response from them my internet connection is running @ 60kbs lol...

if their hardware can not support the number of customers then this needs fixing soonest

how do I go from 10mbs to 60kbs?
