4G coverage map is misleading

Received Rain 4G SIM card in May however the connection was extremely slow, the speed was below 0.2 mbps. I had to cancel it after trying to cancel it for weeks, couldn't submit my cancelation immediately after seeing the issue neither call them. They debited my account again this month, I need my money back and I don't understand why I was changed for misleading information. I need my money back.
