4G connectivity

I have an uncapped 4G from rain, its keeps on giving me problems with connectivity, If the internet speed is slow, the internet does not connect at all. It has been giving me the No service notification on my mobile router and the issue is still ongoing. I do not know whether this will continue for ever or what. It is very difficult to receive communication from RAIN consultants or to get in touch with them.
