I had a 4g sim with rain, I lost the Sim and reported the matter via signing in their website. I was asked if I want to replace the Sim and I said no, now I want the 5g router they claim I owe them but I paid for the month last used and it's month to month billing so now I must pay for something I last used years ago. ****MERS
