4 request logged to change payment date and still not done.

I just want to change my payment date to my salary date. Logged 4 request still not done. I just want to make sure you get your money.

Please cancel the service immediately and collect your device. I was convinced of a 30 meg line. I am getting 7 meg to 10 megs. I work from home and this so frustrating.
