4 days without internet

Its almost 4 days now that i had slow to no internet in my house. When i call support, the call gets dropped sometimes, i was promised a call back by support i talked to on saturday but nothing happened. today after i called, they say the tower closest to me has been down for almost 4 days. i dont think Rain takes us seriously, for a site to be offline for that long,no warning. but they will deduct full amount at end of month
