4 Days without connection.

Its been 4 full days of no internet because the Towers are down. I have lodged several complaints and they get to me to say that there is something wrong with the device or sim. Took the device to an area where the 1st consultant said the towers are working and it worked just fine. I just dont understand why they are lying. 3 of my friends in the same area also dont have connection, and Rain claims that its our devices. I cancelled my subsription. I am done.
