4 days without connection

After using Rain for such a long time I must say am currently disappointed over the the towers repair turn around time we have been without connection from Thursday Afternoon till currently and there is no estimated time of repair some of us are working from home and the level of patience and understanding can be up till a certain point when paying for a service that is not taken as priority
