Rain team, can I please get some service?? I logged a call on the 1st of November request (***); I still not have service to this day despite multiple follow up emails. Is this maybe a punishment for downgrading the service?? Please get me back to me as I use this service for business purposes and now I am left to make alternative means to stay connected.

05 Nov 2020, 13:56It's been 24 hours since I spoke to someone who said they will call me back and yet nothing. I sent an email 1st thing morning to indicate that the problem is still not resolved but still nothing! Can someone please get in touch with me to assist further with the issue?
