4 days no internet no help, absolutely shocking
You have such a good concept with bringing affordable wifi. But your customer service is absolute **** 4 days without internet now yet Nobody can works or attends to tickets days on end. Yes we all businesses have issues but your inability to attend to them is the reason myself and many loyal customer's will cancel
