3rd request for payment in 30 days after ALL payments have been settled and have been up to date for years now.

Once again Rain!!!! 3rd request for payment in 30 days after my bill has already been settled! Rain, my wifi bill was settled on the 25th of last month.. I have been settling the monthly payments like this for years now and never had a problem. This is the third month which my wifi is being diconnected after a payment has been made. My router now once again says i need to settle a payment which was already settled. This is the third time now Rain. If my wifi is diconnected this time, my attorneys wi be in touch as I have all the evidence and invoices that my payments are and always have been up to date, following this legal action, I will cancel my subscription and not pay another cent to you. This is unbelievable.. how many times a month do I need to struggle with you guys???
