3G instead of 5G
I started using Rain since the beginning of the month. I have not had a single day of more the 5mbps yet I’m on a 5G network. I have made endless calls and even got one of there techs out to install a outdoor router. I have 4 towers within a 1km radius and I have never come across a network so pathetic.
There call centre consultants act like managers when asked to be transferred to one. Until i caught the idiot out.

12 Aug 2021, 20:33Every Noght is the same thing with this darn Network. Currently getting 1.6mbps and I’m suppose to be on 20+mbps.
The last response I got was you were going to look into it and then nothing. Rain Network has the most pathetic service I’ve ever come across.
It really makes me wonder how they are still in business after all this time.
I want a resolution and I want the service I’m paying for !!!

For the last 2 days i dont have any connection. Please can i have a response or and update of fixing the issue or provide me with my money back and cancel you c%$@ service. I rather pay a little more and go for a service that actually works.
