Been struggling with network connectivity for over 8 weeks now, calling Rain on daily basis.tickets logged and closed without anyone attending to them. Several calls with their so called support team, who clearly have no idea of what customer support is. Last ticket open on the 6th August still not attend but told olit was ascalated to their advanced team, there is nothing they can do, asked for complains department and told they don't have. I cannot believe that there's a company as useless as rain in this Republic
