Rain is the worst ever. I cancelled part of my package because the router failed on me. After begging rain to send a me new router i decided to cancel. i was not going to pay full premium for a router i used only 9 days and we finally agreed that i will pay a prorate amount and 409 was credited to my surprise on the 27th Rain suspended my internet connection requesting a payment of R649 which i paid now on the 1st of April Rain went and debited R1058 from my acc. iv been calling them since the 1st to no luck. I just want my money back

13 Apr 2023, 12:46guys why have you refunded R392 instead of R1058.00 that was taken from my acc. did you bear in mind i had already paid R649.00 on the 27th March which means i paid R1707.00.
