3 WEEKS WITHOUT RAIN INTERNET ACCESS AND STILL NO ONE CARES - BAD SERVICE

After full two weeks of NO service with Rain. I still dont have internet service today I have just started new 3rd week WITHOUT ACCESS TO INTERNET. After my new sim swap was delivered UNACTIVATED!!!!!!!. I made endless call to rain call center which consted me lots of money and after I also still paid subscription for August 2021 but Still no Service. On Saturday morning I spoke Call Center Agent name Sabelo who promised to come back to me and he did not. I then called again and Spoke to Jerald who also left me hanging because he was knocking off (sound like a joke). I then called again spoke to Tshidi who also could not assist den I called again and spoke to Phumzile who told me the sim card delivered in my hands show on her system it is still will RAM courier company and der is nothing she can do. I asked to speak to the Supervisor Thandeka - who also came with new story that the Sim does not have an order number because Ram did not capture delivery when they delivered my sim card. I wont recommend rain to anyone they have no REMORSE or CARE for their customer.
