3 months waiting for sim card
I have been requesting a sim swap since December 2023, even called the call Centre and am always given reference numbers. 3 months later, 6 gigs and 180 minutes lost I am still waiting for my sim swap to be done....Rain is getting worse by the day, the are neglecting long paying customers to get new customers...Poor Poor Poor service

13 Feb 2024, 13:30I actually made a mistake Daniel and Tina who didn't want to give their last names from Social Media Department.. I have requested a sim swap since Aug and not Dec. 2 times in Aug(Refs: ***), 3 times in Nov(Refs: ***), 1 time in Dec(***), 4 times in Jan (Refs: ***) and now again 2 times in Feb(Refs: ***).....6 months without a sim card. what type of service is this?? The Internet Service Providers’ Association should really intervene with this type of service delivery
