3 Days without Internet!!

After numerous calls and receiving a reference number our internet is still off. This is the 3rd day without any connection. All I hear is the towers will be restored, it's been 3 days. This is pathetic, I want to cancel my service and I will not pay a scent. Because I will not be conpensentated for having to buy data from another provider. I will rather go to a reputable Service provider that sorts out the issues immediately!!
