3 Days Reconnection Struggle

The bad service experienced from Rain Network has really been bad. I have been trying to reconnect my connection with them for the past 3 days off not longer. Emailed support, contacted help desk, the app is as good as useless because you can't do much there as it should automatically have the pay now option but that too doesn't work. All I need is to reconnect my services, please.
