Seeing that you hold people hostage with your supposedly month to month contract, I m writing this just for my record keeping, You provide a very lame services and and make it difficult by not letting us chose better service provider. I pay for a 100 Mbps which I have never even once got, I sometimes even get to as low as 0.8.. Mbps, When I finally cancel, I will pay every cent I owe you, I will even drop off the stupid router and 2 sims myself in midrand, I will take videos, record everything just so i sue your ass. I cannot believe I got myself in this....

18 Jun 2024, 23:25Just fix your internet which is what we are paying you for, my download speed is 5.2 Mbps right now as we speak, which is very expensive if you are selling it for the price I payed because I don't remember buying that little speed, just don't call me and fix your your internet please.
