20 Days Without WiFi

This is my 3rd review on Hello Peter in a month!

I still dont have Wifi for 20 DAYS NOW! I give up! You deserve to be shut down as a company because you don’t know how to treat your customers. All you know is to take money and fail to provide services. What a disgrace! I still haven’t gotten my Wifi back. You keep messing up addresses when delivering a new sim card to me. You still haven’t given me any notice on when you’ll reimburse me for the 20 days I’ve been without Wifi.

I also mentioned I spent over R500 on data the first time I complained about you here which is now over R700. You haven’t mentioned that you’ll reimburse me for that.

You guys are a disgrace. Worst network provider! Worst customer service! I officially hate you company! This is my last month with you. I want to take this to the papers too. I HATE YOU
