2 year request for rain tower
I am based in Carolina Mpumalanga, there is currently one rain tower which was put up at Silobela which is the location of Carolina. For the past two years I have been requesting for a rain tower in Carolina town. We need some rain please 🌧️🌧️

27 Oct 2022, 18:44Good day I have taken the liberation to consult the local municipality regarding the legalities and processes that you speak of and I have been informed that all that was approved when the 1st tower was erected.
Apparently they are also surprised why you did not come back for the tower of the main town???
I am not expecting a cliché response this time around please. Let's get someone to genuinely look into this. I will be following up
